That’s because it’s an upscale of a small image. The original is actually a 4K illustration that looks much nicer, see my other reply in this post for a direct link or you can get it with a couple clicks through the link the OP provided.
I bet this could be cleaned up relatively easily by somebody with illustration skills. I kind of look at AI generation largely as a time saver for artists. You get your basic pic generated, and then do a manual clean up pass to make it look good.

Also does anyone know of a repository to human made communist artwork? I tried searching for it before but didn’t find anything. Most communist art I’ve seen has been on youtube videos. Would love to use some as wallpapers.

You can look up “x propaganda posters” online and in stock image websites. Otherwise, all I know of is you can look back through the leftist aesthetics community here or in r/propagandaposters among others if you dare go on
