Trump is the most pro-union ex-president because he embarrassed Biden enough to show up to the UAW strike.

I sometimes wonder if Trump actually has politics but is actually in fact just sees what the democrats like and just does the opposite.

          It’s the second one.

He went to a non union plant, paid non union members to hold pro union signs, and then talked shit about unions.

He knows his bases only policy is “passing off liberals” so why not simultaneously flank them from the left and right even if it’s objectively hypocritical.

He knows rhe left tryst to have a veneer of being pro union so he simultaneously says he’s more pro union than them while talking shit about unions.

He’d be the dumbest motherfucker on earth if it didn’t work but fortunately for him there’s millions of even dumber and more hateful fucks, and, more importantly, his opponents weren’t the democrats.

He undid Obama’s agreement with Iran. He undid Obama’s normalization with Cuba. Because of him, the GOP feels supportive of Russia to this day. He also prevented the TPP from getting signed. Then again, yea it is the same imperialism as usual.

Technically he is the most pro-union president in US : history but that’s not because he is a friend of the working class but instead because the bar to be the most pro-union president in US history is so low it’s in hell.
