So they’re jacking it up to use the weight of the car to provide the torque needed to undo the bolt. Why do I have a feeling the bumper is the weak link in this scenario and all they’ll end up with is a stuck bolt and a hole in their bumper.
I think the wrench is braced on the hitch; it only appears that it’s touching the bumper. It’s hard to tell, but giving them the benefit of a doubt, that’s what it looks like to me.

I’ve got a 600mm adjustable spanner and a 920mm pipe wrench for this job, it’s easy to set them up so I can pull them together with my hands and break the lock on the bolt.
