Anyways, if a company is caught trying to suppress a union, the fine should be all c levels are terminated and lose the ability to hold stock or equivalents as a corporate officer for 10 years. That’ll stop this shit.

How long till employers sue the government saying the labour board doesn’t have the authority to do this. Like when telcos sued the government saying the FTC doest have the authority to impose net neutrality?
Probably already in the works. My guess is that they’re either in the conspiring stage, the drafting stage or the venue shopping stage.
