TBH it looks a bit like someone who’s suffering from dementia. He doesn’t look well. But I suppose that isn’t some big revelation.

If he wasn’t such a top tier cunt, I’d feel sorry for him. His family clearly doesn’t care enough about him to give him the care he deserves.
