I don’t know if I know how to ask it the right way, but maybe if you’re open to it, take your previous reply and break it down a bit. What causes you to react so strongly? Were you a fan before?
I’m genuinely interested in learning more about these kinds of situations where maybe people we presume we can trust as reliable stewards in society let us down. I’m not sure that’s even how you personally perceive it, but I’m truly interested in trying to better understand how people feel about this type of situation and why.
I’ll caveat that I ate a bunch of mushrooms and am fairly baked. It happens. Maybe it should happen more. That said, I would love if you’d humor me for when I wake up. Why are we so upset? Not everyone be any means, but if you admire narcissistic extroverts then sure, you’re always going to be disappointed.
