Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia has decided to join Chelsea. Relations between the two clubs are good, so no issues are anticipated regarding an agreement.     Is it just money? Or why would Lavia and Caicedo choose the football dumpster fire project that is Chelsea over Liverpool?

      Considering Chelsea’s contract lengths, it’s no wonder players chose them. No matter what happens - bad form, injuries - they’re set for majority of their careers.

      It also has the potential to massively backfire for Chelsea, we’ll have to wait and see.
