You should nap whenever you’re tired and have time to. Why would that be bad?

Everyone is different. As long as you dont nap too long it shouldn’t be a problem.
Take naps as circumstances allow, you never know when things will change!
you might not be tired enough to get a full nights sleep on Sunday night, and you could upset your circadian rhythm for the upcoming work week. But everyone’s body is different, experiment, and drink a lot of coffee when you make a mistake.
