hi, just wondering if I could extend the right angle cable coming from the dock- that way the ugly dock + cables could vanish in the drawer while my deck is ventilated and easily accessible on top of the lowboard.

I haven’t tried it, but it should work as long as it’s wired for USB 3.0.
EDIT: I’m not sure what’s the version of the USB port, so maybe get something rated for 10 Gbps, I guess.
