Opera GX was showing squares in place of icons and wasn’t working well, so I disabled GX’s adblocker and cleared cache. That logged me out and now this is all that gets loaded in when i go to a post. Does anybody know how to fix it?

Vivaldi != chromium All they reuse is the rendering engine. In fact, nobody developed a browser engine from scratch, since the late 90’s.
That’s exactly the problem with blink (chromiums rendering engine) based browsers. They help google build a monopoly and slowly take over the whole browser market which allows them to do stunts such as their recent web integrity API. We are at a point where a crushing majority of browsers (even libre/privacy ones) and users use it and websites only care about blink compatibility and there is little room for engines like gecko or even webkit.

I have 5 windows each with 10+ tabs. Surprised my computer hasn’t died on me yet
