    Does this mean the reason he had to pull out in the first place was because he ran out of fuel?

      It had to be. There was almost nothing left in the car. I get the feeling the FIA wil be testing the car frequently for underfueling now. Looks a bit dodgy for Alfa

    Technically this breaks the rules by stating Bottas’ position, but I honestly can’t think of a reasonable way of phrasing it that wouldn’t make this obvious anyway.
