Thought I recognized that craggy voice from Game of Thrones but had to look it up. He’s got a lot of texture and inflection which makes up for how slow some of the dialogue is delivered.

I knew I recognized his voice from somewhere! Been a minute since I’ve seen GoT but I love his voice acting in Diablo. Easily steals any scene.

Absolutely agree. I was immediately impressed with the voice acting when I busted into Lorath’s cabin and started rifling through his stuff.

He’s also really recognizable as Cid in the new Final Fantasy 16.

Liked that voice as soon as Lorath told me to join him for dinner and slightly fell in love with it halfway through the campaign, so I looked up the voice actor. Never watched GoT, but he definitely does an amazing job with Lorath.

Haha, I just finished the campaign in English and loved it. Since I’m multilingual, I thought I’d replay the game on different class, in different language. Switched to Polish and cringed so hard at the choice of Lorath sound-alike. Ended up giving up on Polish playthrough.

Also, polish female barbarian sounds like a department store cashier, rather than a beefcake warrior femme.
