Adam Sandler in a spacesuit as an anxious astronaut headed toward Jupiter? At one point in his career that could only have been a comedy.
I enjoyed the film. Kind of like if Her and Interstellar had a baby but sent it off to boarding school before its parents could rub off on it too much.
Most of me really wants to see this. Then there’s this stubborn little part of me that says “Nope! No! Never! Not watching any movie with a giant space spider! Not gonna happen!”

Definitely not a comedy at all. In fact probably one of the least happy movies I’ve ever seen. But I really liked it! Something very different to watch. The CGI was on point and Adam Sandler is such a good actor when he wants to be.
Great review, lil spoilery but puts it in a good light. I’ll give it a watch.
