A “little” Update on the Titan
One spool of filament down and we’re up to the knees on the Warmaster Iconoclast. From the base of the foot to the top of the knee joint is 8.5 inches, so this is going to be a big one when it’s done. Currently printing the thighs, which are a 25 hour print-job. Next update in a few days!

Woah! It looks already really good!
@Rooki
Thanks! There’s still lots of sanding and gap filling to do, but I’ll wait until the legs are completely printed before I start on that.
That’s looking real clean! What printer and resolution are you using?
@vladmech
I’m using an Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro at .2mm for the structure and I’ll be using an Elegoo Saturn at 0.05mm when I start the armor panels and other detail bits.
I’m trying for a balance of speed to detail.Very cool, it’s looking great so far!

I should be able to start posing the legs this week, then coming up with a plan for the base. In the meantime enjoy this picture of how massive the armor plates are.Hi there! Your text contains links to other Lemmy communities, here are correct links for Lemmy users: !3dprinting@lemmy.world
@warhammer40k The little plate that goes up to the War Dog’s waist is a TOE PLATE for the Titan.
