I saw a supercut of one of the Israeli lawyers say Hamas for 30 seconds.
They didn’t dismantle anything… All they said is Hamas this, Holocaust that, isreal has a right to self determination, look at the babies that Hamas killed.
Not once did they provide evidence that the allegations were false…
The propaganda runs so deep that they think they literally have a god given right to bomb Gaza and all the civilians therein to dust, and anybody who can’t see that is clearly willingly ignoring the evidence because they sympathize with Hamas
This has some real “peaked in high school” energy about it.
Like the guy who was captain of their high school footy team and always has to relate everything back to that one time they won the big game. It’s like using “human shields” as a deflection of criticism worked once for Israel, so they’ve been coasting on it ever since, and have used it every time.
If this case doesn’t go anywhere that the ICJ, ICC and The West as a whole have lost the last bit of credibility they had left. I hope every country in the Global South sees it and decides to say: enough is enough. Because why not? We now see on live tv that The West can do whatever it wants and no one will be held accountable. Words can not describe how disgusted I am by all of this.
