I actively think the devs blew it anytime I look behind a waterfall and it’s just more rocks.

These are really dangerous in real life, by the way. Waterfalls have little caves behind them, often underwater, and they have a current that goes into the cave. Just be careful near waterfalls, and enjoy video games that have stylized this phenomenon into hidden secret places that are so cool to be in.
So I need to get the treasure and get out quickly. Got it.
