New Reddit refugee here! One thing I noticed when signing up for Lemmy is the lack of multi-factor authentication to protect my account. Just curious if this on the roadmap?

      That is what I call a quick developer response (as in implementation) to a community feature request 😄 (Of course, TOTP support was finished well before this post was created.)

    Not a bad idea. I had no clue Reddit even had that.

    I’m not a Lemmy developer but 2FA with TOTP keys (either sent by email or using authenticator) should be possible to implement. 2FA via SMS is unlikely to happen.
